Delivery Information


Onestopfires.co.uk delivers to most areas of mainland UK.  Please enquire for delivery to Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly & Scottish Islands and Isle of Man.

All orders exceeding £350.00 (including VAT) will be delivered free of charge to standard mainland UK* only.  Orders with a value of £350.00 or less will incur the following delivery charges.  These have been calculated on average weight and have been kept to a minimum, and again apply to standard mainland UK*.  Prices vary for remote areas and offshore regions - select your Delivery option on the checkout page.
* England, Wales and Scotland (excluding postcodes AB, PA (codes 20s, 36, 38-40), PH, KW, IV).

The following standard delivery prices relate to England and Wales only.  Prices may vary for Scotland and other areas - please select your area from the Delivery Zone menu on the checkout page for details.

Please note:  Grampian, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight are excluded from the free delivery discount.

We use independent companies for all our deliveries and the goods are fully insured until they are delivered and signed for by the customer. Our smaller sundry items are usually sent by Royal Mail.

Delivery times stated are estimated and based on stock availability.  These times may be increased during our busy periods, usually the winter months.

You will be advised when the goods are due to be delivered out to you.  If the delivery date given is inconvenient, then you must please advise either ourselves or the courier by return to arrange an alternative delivery date.  All goods will require a signature upon receipt, so please ensure that there is someone to receive delivery.

PLEASE NOTE:  Please only sign for the goods as "received in good condition" if you are happy that this is the case.  We can not be held responsible for any damage to the goods caused by the courier if you sign for them as "received in good condition".  If you are unable to inspect the goods at the time or notice any damage or have concerns, then please mark the delivery note as  "box damaged" at the time of signing.  Failure to do this will affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.

If the courier is unable to deliver the goods, a second attempt to deliver to you will be made the following day. Please note that this may incur a charge of up to £16.00 (this is a charge made by our courier and will be passed on to you).

Should the goods be returned to our premises, then customers will be charged another full delivery charge for re-delivery of the goods, plus a fee of up to £13.50.  If your order qualified for free delivery, then a charge based on our standard delivery charges will be applied to cover the re-delivery cost, depending on the item(s) ordered, plus the collection fee of up to £13.50.

Deliveries are usually Monday to Friday and between 8.00am and 5.00pm on the agreed delivery date, unless otherwise stated. Saturday deliveries may be available for an additional charge - please contact us for more information.  

  

Returns and Refunds

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, but if you have reason to return goods to us, please refer to the following conditions.

If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact our Customer Service team on 0800 069 9960 in the first instance, anytime between Monday to Saturday 9.00 am to 5.00pm.

We would also require any cancellation in writing by email.  If you cancel your order prior to receipt of goods, then a full refund will be given, including original delivery costs, if any.  If you wish to cancel your order once goods have been received, then please contact us within 7 days of receipt.  Goods must be returned to us in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition.  We can arrange collection of the goods by our courier company, and this will be subject to a collection charge.  Once the goods are received back to our premises and inspected, we shall process a refund less original delivery costs and collection charges.  We also reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 15%.

Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.  Items reported in this time will be repaired or replaced under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.  If any Goods develop faults within their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty.

For returning smaller sundry items, please use normal postal services, and we would recommend you use a secure method such as recorded delivery.

We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of goods being received back to us.

Please note that we are unable to accept any returned goods that have been installed or used.  Therefore, before installation, please make sure that the correct goods have been ordered.
